Red Thread Images - The Red Thread Project, originated by fiber artist Lindsay Obermeyer, sponsored by Art Works and the UICA, celebrates community connections - both visible and invisible. The project was inspired by a Chinese Proverb. This blog contains images of works of art - created for the project, by local artists. These works will be Auctioned off on Ebay June 29 - July 9. This site contains images by Sandi Gunnett. The images, inspired by the Project, are being shown at different locations around the City. Images of The Red Thread Project in progress and the Red Thread Performance will also be posted on this site - so check back often! New images will be posted through the end of the UICA exhibition, October 15th 2006. Please do not use or reproduce images from this blog without permission.
