Red Thread Project public performance in the news

Red Thread Performance Tonight at Rosa Parks Circle

The Red Thread Project is an opportunity to create art while performing a community service. Knit or crochet a hat to be connected to a red cord over a quarter mile long. Wear a hat in the large-scale, public performance at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, June 30 at Rosa Parks Circle. View the Joined hats in an exhibition at the UICA. Finally, the hats will be detached and given to organizations in our community for distribution to people with cancer.

The hats are knitted and attached to the cord - tonight the public performance will take place. Join us! Get connected!
